With nearly 20 years in the industry, Chad has held many roles, including construction operator with heavy equipment, driver, dispatcher, operations manager, safety supervisor, and mechanic. He was the lead logistic coordinator for CNX Resources from 2018 to 2022, and the Operations Manager for OVWR before coming to Energy Resolutions, where he is an Assistant Operations Manager.

Kylie has worked by Keri's side for nearly 10 years, and she has built a strong sense of communication, professionalism, and comradery within the oil and gas industry. She is an integral part of nearly every facet of Energy Resolutions, consistently promoting teamwork and success. Kylie currently serves as the Human Resources Director of Energy Resolutions while pursuing a degree in HR.
